- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- If we are experiencing high order volumes or delays, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

6. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations. Please provide a physical street address for shipping during the checkout process.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. However, we will work with the carrier to help resolve any shipping-related issues.
a. Lost Packages:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with your neighbors or building management to see if the package was left with them.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- Notify us within 7 business days of the delivery date, and we will assist in the investigation.
b. Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If the wrong shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable shipments. 9. Order Cancellation and Changes

10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping fee. Alternatively, we may issue a refund for the item, minus the original shipping costs.
