We accept returns on most items purchased from FireTech Exclusive within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as customized products, downloadable software, gift cards, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and include all original documentation (including receipts, warranty cards, and manuals). You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. After inspection, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

a. Approved Refunds:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item. Please note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

6. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

7. Cancellations
